Semusi Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Appice," "us," or "we") offers SDKs and SaaS products that enable "App Providers" to understand how end users interact with their applications and services. This Privacy Policy describes the information Appice collects across the Appice website (https://appice.ai) and the Appice Product (collectively, the "Appice Service"), and how that information is used and shared.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Site or by sending you an email or other notification prior to the changes becoming effective.
We collect information from App Providers to provide and improve the Appice Service, administer accounts, and enhance navigation of the Site. Personal information we collect from App Providers may include name, email address, phone number, job title and account preferences.
We automatically gather information about visits to the Site, including IP addresses, browser type, ISP, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamps and clickstream data.
App Providers may access and modify their personally identifiable information (PII) through their account settings. To request deletion, contact contact@appice.ai with your request. We will respond to your request to access within 30 days.
Retention: Information is retained while an account remains active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
App Providers may authenticate via Facebook Connect, optionally sharing name and email to pre-populate sign-up forms.
The primary goal of collecting information from End Users is to provide App Providers with behavioural and analytics data regarding End User interactions with their applications. Information is collected via tracking code technology installed by App Providers in their Applications.

Appice collects information under the direction of our App Providers and has no direct relationship with the End Users whose personal data it processes.
End Users should direct any queries about their personal data to the relevant App Provider. If the App Provider requests that Appice remove all or a portion of the End User's PII, we will respond within 30 days.
End User personal data is retained as long as needed to provide services to App Providers, plus any periods necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution and enforcement of agreements.
We do not sell your PII to third parties.
Third-party service providers may access PII solely for the purpose of administering the Appice Service and are expressly obligated not to disclose or use your PII for any other purpose.
We may share non-identifying, aggregated information for industry analysis and demographic profiling. End User PII collected from one App Provider will not be shared with unrelated App Providers.
Information collected through the Appice Service is considered a business asset. In the event of bankruptcy, merger, acquisition or asset sale, PII may be disclosed or transferred to the acquirer. App Providers will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Site of any change in ownership or uses of PII.
Appice reserves the right to disclose information to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary: (i) to satisfy or comply with any law, regulation, or legal process, or to respond to lawful requests, including subpoenas, warrants, or court orders; (ii) to protect our property, rights, and safety, and the rights, property, and safety of third parties or the public; and (iii) to prevent or stop activity we consider to be illegal or unethical.
We use cookies, beacons, tags and scripts to analyse trends, administer the Site, track users' movements around the Site and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.
We use cookies to identify when you've logged in and to track your interactions with the Appice Service. Users can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. If you reject cookies, you may still use our Site, but you will not be able to automatically log in to and use the Appice Product.
Local Storage (HTML5): We use HTML5 local storage for features, interest-based advertising and preference storage. Your browser offers tools for managing or removing HTML5 storage.
Third-Party Advertising: Our third-party partners may use technologies such as cookies to gather information about your activities on this Site and other websites to provide you with advertising based on your browsing activities and interests. To opt out of interest-based advertising in the European Union, visit youronlinechoices.eu. Opting out prevents interest-based ads but does not eliminate generic ads.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from or receive about App Providers or End Users (including Personally Identifiable Information) from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. Sensitive information such as login credentials is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
However, please be aware that no method of transmitting information over the Internet or storing information is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information.
Breach Notification: We will make any legally required disclosures of breaches of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of unencrypted electronically stored "personal data" (as defined in applicable state statutes on security breach notification) via email or by conspicuous posting on our Site in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay.
The Appice Service contains links to external websites. Any information that an App Provider or End User provides on or to a third-party website or service is provided directly to the owner of the website or service and is subject to that party's privacy policy. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to such websites or services, and we are not responsible for the content, privacy or security practices and policies of those websites or services.
The Site includes social media features such as the Facebook "Like" and "Share" buttons and interactive mini-programs. These features may collect your IP address and the pages you visit on our Site, and they may set one or more cookies to enable the Features to function properly. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing them.
Information may be transferred to and processed on computers outside your jurisdiction, where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, we may transfer your information to the United States and process it there (or in any other country in which we operate).
Our Appice Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from them. If we discover that we have collected such information, we will promptly take steps to delete it from our records.
